WrooblyBus
Terms of Use
WrooblyBus shows scheduled departure times from timetable feeds that you choose. It doesn't know about delays, cancellations or changes the operator hasn't published in the feed. Please read section 3.
1. These terms
WrooblyBus is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms of Use add to it; where they differ, the Standard EULA wins. By using WrooblyBus you agree to both. "We" and "us" mean Alan Klas, publishing as DuckyLabs, the developer named on the App Store.
2. What WrooblyBus does
WrooblyBus reads public transport timetables in the GTFS format from links you enter, files you import or the feeds it suggests, stores them on your device and shows stops, scheduled departures and routes. It works offline once a feed is downloaded. It doesn't show real-time vehicle positions or delays, plan journeys or sell tickets.
WrooblyBus is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by any transit agency, rail operator or feed publisher, including those in its suggestions, or by MobilityData. Names of operators and places belong to their owners.
3. Timetables are only as good as the feed
- Times come from the feeds you add and may be outdated, incomplete or wrong. Services can be delayed, cancelled or changed without the feed reflecting it.
- Check with the operator when timing matters, and keep your feeds up to date. We aren't responsible for missed connections, journeys, fares or other costs that result from relying on the app.
4. Feeds you add
Timetable data belongs to its publishers and is used under their licenses. When you add a feed, you are responsible for being allowed to download and use it for your own purposes. WrooblyBus only stores feeds on your device; it doesn't publish or share them.
5. Availability
Feeds and the servers that host them may change, be unavailable or stop working. WrooblyBus may change or stop being available.
6. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, WrooblyBus is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost time or missed travel, and our total liability is limited as set out in the Standard EULA.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, under product liability law, or anywhere the law where you live doesn't allow it. Your statutory rights as a consumer aren't affected.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use WrooblyBus after that means you accept it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
