Privacy Policy
WrooblyBus doesn't collect any data about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and DuckyLabs runs no server for the app. What the app knows stays on your device.
What stays on your device
To do its job, WrooblyBus stores the following on your iPhone or iPad:
- The timetables (GTFS feeds) you add, and the address each one was downloaded from.
- Your favorite stops and settings.
The widgets (Home Screen and Lock Screen) read the timetables and your favorites from a storage area the app shares with them on the same device. Like other app data, this can be included in your device backups, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
None of this is sent to DuckyLabs or anyone else.
Location
If you allow it, WrooblyBus uses your location to sort stops by distance and to show where you are on the map. This happens only on your device; your location is never sent anywhere or stored off your device. You can turn location access off in iOS Settings; the app keeps working, and you can still search for stops and browse the map.
Network use
WrooblyBus downloads a timetable only when you add or update a feed. The download goes directly to the address you entered or chose from the suggestions; those servers are run by the feed publishers (for example mkuran.pl or the transit agency). Like any web request, it shows your IP address to that server. Feeds you import from Files are not downloaded at all.
The map uses Apple Maps, which loads map images from Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The "Walking directions" link opens Apple Maps.
Apart from this, the app makes no network requests.
Deleting your data
Turning a feed off in Settings › Update GTFS Feeds removes its timetable. Settings › Reset GTFS Data removes all timetables and favorites. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on that device.
If you email us
If you write to support@duckylabs.tech, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your device model or a feed link. We use it only to answer you (our legitimate interest in replying), keep it no longer than 12 months after the conversation ends, and delete it sooner if you ask. You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion at the same address. If you're in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
These pages use no cookies, analytics, or third-party fonts or scripts. The site's host may log visitors' IP addresses for security, under its own privacy policy.
Children
WrooblyBus isn't directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If the app ever starts collecting data, this policy and the app's App Store privacy details will say so first.
